Privacy Notice

CultivatorQuest is operated by Joseph Remington. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit cultivatorquest.com, purchase a resource, use the member area, or contact me. It covers CultivatorQuest, rather than every website or service linked from it.

When you purchase or request access, we collect information such as your name, email address, product selection, purchase status, and account or membership details. We use it to deliver resources, manage access, send purchase and account instructions, answer questions, and handle refunds.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message. Please keep passwords, payment-card numbers, confidential employer material, and other sensitive information out of support messages and worksheets.

Stripe processes checkout payments. Payment information is entered into Stripe’s checkout, rather than the CultivatorQuest worksheet pages. We receive transaction information needed to identify the purchase, deliver access, and manage support or refunds. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy practices.

The current Workweek tools keep worksheet answers in browser storage on the device you use. Where a signed-in member identity is available, it separates the browser’s stored answers by member. This is device storage, not automatic cloud synchronization.

“Save my notes” creates a file on your device. Opening that file restores its answers to the tool. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser’s print controls. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored answers, so keep a backup you control. People with access to your device or downloaded files may be able to see that work.

The optional AI prompts are text you choose to copy into a separate AI service. CultivatorQuest does not automatically send your worksheet answers to an AI provider. Information you paste into that service is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy settings.

HBA provides the platform used for the website, member accounts, product delivery, and buyer email sequences. Service providers process information needed to operate those functions. Support correspondence is also handled through email providers.

The platform and its providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, page requests, access events, and security logs. Cookies and similar storage support sign-in, checkout, cart contents, preferences, and worksheet features.

HBA email tools can record delivery, email opens, and link clicks. These signals help us check delivery and understand whether messages and resource links are useful. Opens and clicks are imperfect measurements.

As of this notice’s update date, CultivatorQuest’s Google Analytics and Meta advertising-pixel settings are not enabled. That does not mean the site or its service providers use no cookies, logs, or technical measurements.

If you request CultivatorQuest bonuses for partnering with me in HBA, we use the email addresses you provide and relevant referral and subscription information to verify eligibility, connect your account, and review continued access. Please do not send your HBA password or payment details.

Affiliate links identify my referral and may let HBA attribute a purchase or qualifying subscription to me. I earn commissions on eligible purchases. HBA’s checkout and services operate under HBA’s own terms and privacy practices. Other external websites and services have their own notices.

We share information with providers as needed to host the site, process payments, deliver email and resources, manage accounts, and provide support. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or legal claims.

We do not sell or rent the CultivatorQuest customer mailing list.

Account, transaction, correspondence, and technical records are kept as needed to provide the service, maintain access and business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed. Worksheet files you download remain under your control.

You can use your account controls to update available profile information. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, email joseph@josephremington.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable rights and any exceptions depend on your location and the information involved.

Use the unsubscribe link in marketing messages to stop that email stream. Essential purchase, access, security, or account messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service. You can also contact us about your email preferences.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking or clearing them may affect sign-in, checkout, preferences, or saved worksheet answers. Back up your worksheet notes before clearing storage.

CultivatorQuest is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

We use the platform’s account and access controls to help protect information. No internet service or storage method can guarantee complete security. Use a password you do not share and protect your own devices and saved files.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate site or account notice.
